How long does it take to receive an item?
The in-stock items on our site are shipped by the next business day from Titusville, Florida by priority mail or first class mail. Most items are received within four business days. Our dropship items usually takes 3-10 days to be received. You will be notified of shipping updates if you opt to do so at checkout.
How do I know if the item will fit properly?
When we get an item, we review it for fit using our size chart. We note the sizes or any special notes in the size or description. For example, if the item is recommended for a small bust person - we will note that you should go up a size if you are bustier. We recommend that jumpsuits are purchased based on your bigger size. If your top size is bigger than your bottom, buy jumpsuits and rompers based on your top size. If your bottom is bigger than your top - buy jumpsuits and rompers based on your bottom size. We want you to be comfortable in your new clothes, we offer returns and exchanges that are hassle-free (unless it is a final sales item).
Where do most of your items come from?
All of our items are new. We work with manufacturers and wholesale distributors all over the globe to provide quality items at discount prices. Most of our items come from the fashion districts of LA, NY, and Miami, however we also may provide pieces from the Caribbean, London, Africa, China, India, South America, Hong Kong, and others based on our style selection and acquisition costs that fit our price range for customers.
Are discounts available?
To make our items affordable for most budgets, we offer buy-now-pay-later options at checkout. We also send coupons and deals through email and our social media accounts. You may also sign up for our rewards program to receive additional discount options. You may earn cash for promoting our items by becoming an affiliate.

Here are the general fits for most of our manufacturers. Please go by the size ranges listed for each individual item since our designs may vary from this chart slightly.We list most of our items by size using this guide. Some clothes are designed for curvy fitting. For example,12/14 L will best fit Size 12 and will snugly hug the size 14. We want you to be comfortable shopping with us. Here is a summary of our Return Policy: Return your item in its original condition with tags within 30 days. Upon approval of your return, we will issue a refund of your order and a store credit for the shipping costs.
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR BODY
All measurements are based on inches
Measure around your body, under your arms, and over the fullest area of your bust.
Measure at your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your waist.
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, placing the tape about midway between your bellybutton and crotch.
Find a pair of pants that fit you well. Measure them from the crotch seam down the inside seam to the hem.

Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Note: This policy does not apply to sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or have original hang tags attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to personal hygiene reasons. We do not accept products that are intimate items like underwear, swimsuits, or bras. We also do not accept accessories or leggings.
To complete your return, email us and provide your customer account email and order number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer of the item.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (See below for Shipping Costs)
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (Labeled Sale)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: P.O. Box 452 Titusville Florida US 32781. You will be responsible for shipping costs for exchanged items.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a code will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In some cases, you may request store credit of your shipping charges for returning an item - Please be sure to obtain a receipt when returning an order. You can email an image of the shipping receipt or include the receipt in your return package if you would like to be considered for store credit of the shipping cost.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
